Consistency and predictability are very important to young children. We encourage you to attend your scheduled class. Make-ups may not be carried over into next session, unless the absence was due to health reasons and the child is registered for the following session.
Make-Up Procedure
Make-ups and absences can be scheduled on this web site by logging in and then using the links on the right, by emailing funmusic@sbcglobal.net or by phone at 713-661-1254
-
Phone and email make-ups need to be requested at least two business days before the class you would like to attend.
-
Web site make-ups can be scheduled at the last minute, providing there is space available.
-
The web site will only allow you to self schedule two make-ups. If you need additional please call in or email a request.
-
When you schedule a make-up you will receive a pass code. Be sure to bring it to class. DON’T LOSE YOUR CODE! To control overcrowding, we will not allow you in without your correct pass code.
Schedule Class Absences
If you let us know when you are going to miss a class we will open your spot for someone who would like to schedule a make-up. You can schedule a class absence on this web site by logging in and then using the links on the right, or email us at funmusic@sbcglobal.net or call the office at 713-661-1254. Please schedule absences whenever possible.
Do Not Assume That You Will Be Able To Schedule A Make Up The Last Two Weeks Of The Session
Because so many people wait to the end of the session to schedule their make-ups it isn’t possible to accommodate everyone. Please do your best to schedule your make-ups earlier in the session. You’re welcome to schedule a makeup before a scheduled absence.
Older Siblings
We do our best to allow older siblings to come to class on days when their school is not in session. Sibling visits cannot be scheduled on the web site. To avoid overcrowding you must call our office at 713-661-1254 or email your request to funmusic@sbcglobal.net to bring an older sibling. Place your request at least two business days before the class you would like to attend. Sibling visits are available on a first come/first served basis.
